The following Terms & Conditions will apply to all fee payments for services provided by Morgan Mullins Associates (MMA).  

 

1. Services and Fee
   All services provided will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. 
    

2. Fees are quoted in GPP (£) unless otherwise stated. 
    

3. We reserve the right to review and adjust our pricing at any time; however, any changes will not affect services already agreed and confirmed.
    

4. Payment Terms​​
   (a) Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.​
   
   (b) For ongoing programmes or retainers, payments may be structured in instalments as outlined in any service agreement. 
   
   (c) Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.
    

5. Refunds & Cancellations 
   (a) All services may be rearranged by mutual agreement without charge.
   
   (b) One-to-one coaching sessions: may be cancelled without fee provided at least 2 working days' notice in writing is given.  Notice of cancellation given less than 2 working days but more than 24 hours in advance will result in a deduction of a 50% fee charge from fees already paid (and a refund of the remaining 50%) or a charge of 50% in respect of fees not yet paid.  Notice of cancellation given within 24 hours will result in no refund in respect of fees already paid, or the full fee being charged in respect of fees not yet paid. 
   
   (c) All other agreed services (team coaching, action learning sessions, away-days/strategic planning days): may be cancelled without fee provided at least 10 working days' notice in writing is given.  Notice of cancellation given less than 10 working days but more than 5 working days in advance will result in deduction of a 50% fee charge from fees already paid (and a refund of the remaining 50%) or a charge of 50% in respect of fees not yet paid.   Notice of cancellation given within 5 working days will result in no refund in respect of fees already paid, or the full fee being charged in respect of fees not yet paid. 
   
   (d) Cancellation charges under 5(b) and 5(c) may be waived wholly or in part at the discretion of MMA in the event of “force majeur” circumstances.
   
   (e) If  MMA needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time
    

6. Termination of Services
   (a) The agreement for services may be terminated in accordance with the agreed terms.
   
   (b) Any outstanding fees will become immediately payable upon termination.
   
   (c) Refunds will be issued for unused sessions subject to he provisions of Para 5 above and unless otherwise agreed.
    

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
   We respect your confidentiality and will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Payment information will be processed securely.
    

8. Liability
   Our liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid by you (the Client)  for the services in question.
    

9. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    

10. Amendments
    We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request.
