Initially qualifying as a solicitor in 1983, my career in the legal, quasi-regulatory and financial services sectors spanned some 24 years during which I held the following appointments: Executive Director (Aon Professional Risks); Managing Director (Zurich Professional) and Managing Director (Solicitors Indemnity Fund). My work has compassed wide-ranging leadership challenges, significantly in organisational transformation, performance development, business process improvement, crisis management and risk management strategy.

In 2006, I made the transition to coaching, leveraging my leadership background to work with leaders, senior executives and those in transition to such roles, supporting them as they face the challenges and opportunities that modern leadership involves.  Alongside my current coaching portfolio, I am an External Advisor and Assessor for WABC™, as part of its accreditation activities for business coach training providers.

In support of my coaching work, I hold the following certifications:

Meyler Campbell Business Coach™ program graduate

Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC™) Certified Business Coach (CBC™)

International Systemic Team Coaching Certificate from the Academy of Executive Coaching

Certification to administer MBTI®
