Systemic Team Coaching

Healthy, functioning teams are a key component to successful businesses. Systemic team coaching recognises that teams are systems too and exist within the wider organisational system. The clarity of focus and quality of collective leadership in the team, along with the relationships and interactions that take place between its members and the wider system, all play a part in the team's success. We start by seeking to understand the context within which the team works through discussions with the team sponsor and stakeholders and using the insight gained to inform both the coaching contract and the hands-on work with the team itself.
Our focus with the team involves coaching both its individual members and the whole team over a period of time to support:
- collaboration
- understanding of purpose
-
ownership of team leadership
-
alignment of team and organisational goals
-
recognition of and engagement with stakeholders
-
delivery of team goals

The overall length of engagement will vary but, as with all coaching interventions, is designed to provide the maximum opportunity for learning to be embedded.
